A theatre walk down memory lane.
Premiere: Miroslav Krleža Festival, Gavella Drama Theatre (2025).
The monodrama, based on Krleža’s novella of the same name and performed by Branka Cvitković, is not only a hommage to Bela Kangrga, but also to all actors whose lives are inseparable from the theatre stage. The narrative is dramaturgically counterpointed with monologues from the play In Agony, interwoven with original piano music and chansons, creating a dynamic rhythmic amplitude throughout the performance.
